3. ON THE OTHER SIDE
• There is a lot of debate at times on the importance of education, there are
those who think that more education is a waste of time, but we cannot
completely forget how important education was to the cure of polio by
Jonas Sulk, and even Ebola.

4. COMMUNITY RESOURCES FOR
EDUCATION
In other to cut down on budget cuts, there needs to be a change in
Educational endeavors;
According to human services, engage in promoting new ideas at work with
new employees, get fresh ideas.
New people get new ideas

5. OTHER SUGGESTIONS
• Continued funding to community colleges

6. BONDING
• There should be a correlation between private organizations and community
colleges in other to ensure the workforce is well trained.
• The government should issue tax credit to encourage private organizations
• There should be more programs educating the general public on available
programs
• Develop technology for example social media to help people become
more English literate.
• Private institutions should also donate

7. WHAT’S NEXT
As a result of the reducing baby boomer generation from the work place,
there will be more correlation between Colleges and private institutions to
source for young talent.
New employees will need training, and only the adults can train. In other to
prevent this disaster from occurring adults need to get more education
There will be a shift from traditional colleges because they are more expensive
to community college.

8. COMMUNITY BASED FUNDING
• The government needs to realize the community has become corrupt, put
back funding in community programs,
• Further correlation between non profit and private organization
• More availability of resources online, for example ordering a healthy meal
online and having it delivered from the
