*GOK holds 65% of the share holding of the company, IDBI and the other
financial institutions holds 18% and General public is 17%.

As MPM is a public sector company and is usually sells their products to
registered dealers based on their requirement.

*Mysore Supply corporation - Bangalore
*Mercury Paper company - Bangalore
*RP Agencies - Kerala
*Shree Marketing - Hyderabad
Promotional Measures
*Time Bound promotion system
*Both Trade union and Top management signs the MOS with mutual
understanding which included promotion policy as well
*HRD will send to consent division head if any employee is eligible for
promotion based on MOS
*Consent Division head will enter all details of the employee in the
Assessment of Performance form and return back to HR department, if
score is more than min Marks, employee gets promotion.
Career Planning and Promotion policy
*MPM is also working on a plan to set up 200 TPD de-inking plant at
a cost of Rs 100 crore.
*Test marketing of S S Litho is in progress. i.e. azure laid, cream
wove, color printing , poster, cover paper.
*MPM is planning to introduce copier grade in the market shortly.
*MPM got license to produce liquor, hence it can go for liquor
production.
*MPM is initiating new product development that is distilleries and
rectified spirit.
