Bhadravathi, Shimoga district, Karnataka state.

*GOK holds 65% of the share holding of the company, IDBI and the other

23. *Time Bound promotion system
*Both Trade union and Top management signs the MOS with mutual
understanding which included promotion policy as well
*HRD will send to consent division head if any employee is eligible for
promotion based on MOS
*Consent Division head will enter all details of the employee in the
Assessment of Performance form and return back to HR department, if
score is more than min Marks, employee gets promotion.

a cost of Rs 100 crore.
