INTRODUCTION
Potato wafer is one of such products which has a great potential
as this is considered as one of the traditional foods of India.
Banana is one of the most important fruits in India and occupies
abut 27.4 thousand hectares area with annual production of about
42.33 thousand tones. It is consumed in several forms and
reparations and among which Banana water/fig is considered to
be most important item.
VISION:- Our company To be globally recognized & entity providing top
quality products, services & business Opportunities through a dynamic,
innovative & System of product distribution & marketing while Adhering to
the highest standards of integrity & Excellence .
Product Strategy
 Crispa positioned itself as chips with an Indian twist. The 16 flavours
introduced at launch were carefully developed through R&D.
 The initial offering were a mix of potato chips and finger snacks.
 The potato chips segment include variants like masala, salted, tomato
inspired by the snacking habits the Indian consumer.

department , it look the problems regarding marketing. Research is
conducted indifferent marketing factors like product and service , sales ,
advertising , pricing etc.
Plans & policies :- Product planning means the planning for the product
that is to decide what type of production is to be produced . We are also
plan for our products for produced satisfy to the customers.

customers like and wants . The goodwill of our firms helps to launch new
different chips or wafers and expand of business

we are always try to give best quality of products for our customers .
 Suppliers :- Suppliers are very important for us, our main suppliers are farmer,
We are maintain good relation with the suppliers to supply quality items at right
prices and at the right time
 Competitors :- A person, team, or company that is competing against others .
The competitors has to identify and monitor its competitors activities . The has
together information about competitors in respects of their prices, products,
promotion etc.
 Society :-Our firm not only has to earn profit but also see the welfare of the
society . Society include general public, media, government and organized
groups like trade union, Etc. .

 Political Environment:- The influence of political environment on business
is very large. The political system existing in a country decides, promotes,
directs and controls business. Political environment affects firms directly as
well as indirect as well as indirectly .

bring about a major change in business decision.
 Technological Environment:- It includes the techniques of production,
innovation and inventions which affect the quality and quantity of
production.

to size, density, gender, age, literacy rate, family size, religion and economic
status, etc. Business deals with people.

Crispa Wafers Pvt ltd is the adventure of Guajarati family . It is
located at surat and almost all the cities and Gujarat we have our
own dealers.
In this company the internal relation between the workers
and management are vary well. All the workers and management
behave with each other as family members. It is the plus point of
the our company . The management of the company is well planned
and very effective .
