Baker City so that that can begin to put their records into HPTRIM. In addition, the City of
Beaverton’s City Attorney and Planning Department’s are also ready to begin entering re-
cords. The Archives Division’s Records Management Unit will begin building Tualatin Hills
Park and Recreation’s file structure this week, so things are really hopping on our end! We
really appreciate the eagerness and cooperation of our pilot agencies and know that this will
help us to deliver the best possible results.
