Change Management Best Practices Can Boost Pilot Agencies’ Success
Pilot Agencies’ success adopting and using the ORMS Solution flows from effective change management. It’s a
process. The #1 contributor to a new project success is strong, visible and effective sponsorship, according to
a recent study. The top obstacle is employee resistance.
Check out the on-line coaching tool below to increase your staff’s awareness of the need to change, and their
willingness to engage in learning and using proven effective HP TRIM solution as a part of their daily work.
Or call the ORMS Support Desk for an HP TRIM white paper. Benefits include improving and automating
how staff manage growing amounts of information. ORMS’s HP TRIM helps staff comply with Public Records
and E-Discovery requests. Non-compliance exposes the agency to financial penalties and legal risks and costs.
