The SOS Archives Team continues to partner with the ORMS Pilot Agencies to bring
Central OR them on-board. As each agency is implemented, they are being provided with TRIM

training sessions: one-on-one sessions for designated Power Users and classroom

The ORMS Management Team is creating ORMS HP TRIM 7.1 Training Manuals
Inside this for Power Users and End Users. Our goal is to complete the End User manual by the
issue: first week of October & the Power User manual by October 17th. They will then be
distributed to implemented ORMS Pilot Agencies and provided at all future training

The ORMS Implementation Team is working hard to spread the word by providing
demonstrations for Oregon state, city and county agencies and special districts around
Oregon.

two (2) individuals, using up to 2 phone lines, to participate as their
agency’s “voice” on the ORMS Pilot Agency Call. We welcome other
Agency users to listen in for information, if desired. We ask that
questions & comments come only from the 2 designated individuals,
to make the best use of time. Thanks!

ORMS for Cities
Chaves Consulting, Inc. (CCI) and HP will staff an ORMS booth at the annual
Oregon Association of Municipal Recorders (OAMR) Conference in Portland on
September 21st to 23rd.
HP TRIM expert Autumn Tysko will demonstrate TRIM capabilities and respond
to questions from OAMR members about ORMS / HP TRIM.
