tiative to form an HP TRIM Support Group!
Pilot Group Call 2
West Linn’s Deputy City Recorder Teresa Zak explained, “We plan on sharing in-
Beaverton and 2 formation, tips and working on policies that need to be set up. The cities are get-
      Tillamook
ting together to help each other out, share cheat sheets we have made, policies
                        we’ve written and file set-up.”

ORMS Cities participating include Beaverton, West Linn, Milwaukie and Hills-
boro. The Support Group plans to meet this Wednesday, December 14th in Bea-

                                     HP TRIM Quick Start Guide
Hannah Wells, Administrative Specialist II with the City of Milwaukie, has
put together an HP TRIM Quick Start Guide for new users. Hannah
thought a shorter version of the Training Guide would be useful for users
to follow in training sessions. Hannah has shared her Guide with ORMS
Support, who will send an electronic copy out to new agencies for their
scheduled ORMS HP TRIM training sessions.

Questions The Quick Start Guide is a condensed version of key points of the training
session. We thank you, Hannah, for going “Beyond the Call” in putting
or Concerns? this together. The City of Milwaukie is our most recent agency to start
                    using HP TRIM.

initial users, and 500 total users. At its December 6th session, the City
Council approved both the Subscription (Standard) ORMS Services Agree-
ment and a Non-Subscription (Additional) Services Agreement with Chaves
Consulting and Pat Crowley of IKMS for consulting, legacy data importa-
tion and training. Mayor Denny Doyle and Councilors unanimously ap-
                    proved the project.

ORMS’s first Early Adopter Agency, Tillamook County, also join Agencies on
-boarding! Tillamook will bring an initial 16 users and estimate total users at
                    55. After selection of the original 10 Pilot Agencies, other new agencies
joining the Project will be ORMS “Early Adopters”.
