ORMS FAQ: The ORMS Team has been building an ORMS FAQ throughout the Pilot phase. The ORMS
Support Desk can provide the FAQ to those who request one.
ORMS website: The ORMS Implementation Team is working towards providing an ORMS website in
the near future.
Web Client User Guide: A few of the ORMS Pilot agencies are using HP TRIM Web Client. The ORMS
Implementation Team is creating a Web Client Guide for those users.
ORMS HP TRIM User Guides: The ORMS Support Team has been updating both the Power User and
End User Guides as needed. We plan to reissue revised guides every six months to the current ORMS
agencies. Revisions are tracked in RESOLV on ORMS-140!
NewsFlash: If any ORMS users have an item they’d like to be announced in our monthly ORMS News-
Flash, the ORMS Support Team would be happy to add helpful information for you!
Eastern Oregon ORMS HP TRIM Demonstration
May 4th 2012 in Baker City, Oregon
The ORMS Implementation Team has teamed up with the coordinators of
the Eastern Oregon Association of Municipal Recorders (OAMR) Workshop
that will be held in Baker City, Oregon to provide an ORMS HP TRIM demon-
stration the same afternoon. The Demo will be presented by Mary Beth
Herkert, State Archivist, and Connor Edmonds, SoS Archives Records
Manager. A Synergy Data Center tour will also be provided by Ryan Chaves,
Synergy Data Center Administrator. We invite Eastern Oregon agency
representatives to join us for the ORMS Demonstration on May 4th at 2:00
