This document discusses several types of orbital vascular lesions. It describes venous lymphatic malformations, which may be present at birth and enlarge slowly, sometimes hemorrhaging. Orbital venous lymphatic malformations are isolated from normal orbital vasculature. CT scans show they are heterogeneously hyperattenuating and enhance minimally. The document also discusses ophthalmic artery aneurysms, which can compress the artery or optic nerve if over 3mm. Choroidal hemangiomas are congenital vascular hamartomas that appear as intensely enhancing lentiform masses on CT scans.
