This document is a rubric in Spanish for evaluating public speaking presentations by Puerto Rico DECA students. It assesses students on content, organization, and delivery. For content, it evaluates how well the purpose is stated and the suitability of statements. For organization, it considers topic development, logical sequence of ideas, and accomplishing the purpose. For delivery, it examines self-confidence, gestures, eye contact, organization of thoughts, and creating an interesting, clear, and concise speech. Points are deducted if the speech is under or over the time limit, guidelines are not followed, or dress code is not. The rubric is used by judges to score students' presentations out of 100 total points.
