This document is a scoring rubric in Spanish for evaluating students in an impromptu English-speaking competition held by Puerto Rico's DECA marketing student association. The rubric assesses students on the content, organization, and delivery of their impromptu speeches. Key criteria include clearly stating the purpose and suitability of statements, developing the topic in a logical sequence of ideas, demonstrating self-confidence through voice and eye contact, and providing a sincere, interesting, clear, creative, and concise speech. Points are deducted for going over or under the allotted time or failing to follow guidelines. The rubric is used to provide a final score out of 100 points for the students' impromptu speaking performances.
