to 100 employees depending on the product running. Ensure we have the correct
components needed for orders running for example correct spice, brine, and jar size. Run
orders in a timely mater to ensure quality and safety as well as quantity. Call mechanic if
any machines are not running correctly or the lab if product is contaminated with glass.

records, product specifications, quality assurance records. Enforce and monitor quality
programs for product manufactured and Smithfield Beef. Assure all products produced in
the plant meet or exceed customer requirements for quality. Analyze and interpret quality
date and submit the results to designated personnel.

Responsibilities: Enter invoices into Quickbook date base, pay bills in a timely mater,
balance company checkbook at the end of the month. Assist with some Human Resource
