   OPTI Optimizer is a reporting tool increased analysis capabilities, focused on
   a market validation via a transactional database.

   OPTI Optimizer is OPT, Inc.’s comprehensive due diligence module combines
   OPTI Sustainability’s Best Practices and viability analysis with Optimization
   and market validation reporting. It is a unique key module that Business
   Diagnostic (“BD”) tools Business Process Analysis (“BPA”) tool s lack.

Optimization
  A short-coming of Best Practices is that a company can adhere to processes
  rigorously but product unsatisfactory operating results. Optimization assures
  that there is alignment between Best Practices and Best-In-Class Industry
  performance standards. This has been an observed issue with such systems as
  ISO and Sarbanes-Oxley as neither assures Optimal performance but does
  ensure that a company’s employees follow written and documented procedures.

  To address this gap, OPTI Optimizer links directly with a transaction database
  where comparably sized companies, competing in the same geographic region
  and at approximate revenue parity, can be compared against the upper-quartile
  performers. This is accomplished through an examination of the target
  company’s Profit-and-Loss Statement and Balance Sheet. Optimal targets for
  each chart-of-accounts line item may then be extracted for setting operational
  goals.

Market Valuation
  The Stern-Stewart Corporate Expected Value Assessment (“EVA™©”) establishes
  current baseline shareholder value for a corporation and then examines the
  discrete activities of a company to determine the accretion or reduction of
  shareholder value experienced as a result of corporate performance. It is
  incumbent on a surveyed company to baseline their potential market valuation
  so that steps to enhancement operating performance may be measured.
