OPTI Sustainability is a front end, analysis tool. Designed to be a quick due
diligence, OPTI Sustainability provides an analysis of Best Practices
adherence for each of the MCPs within the Eight Core Systems and a
validation of success or failure.
It combines the focused detail of a Business Diagnostic tool with the
analytical breath consistent with more broadly focused Business Process
Analysis tools. OPTI Sustainability is a standard analysis of each of the Eight
Core Systems that enables the user to quickly determine how aligned the
target company is to Best Practice.

Assessment
This core module explores a company’s Eight Core Systems and their supporting
Mission Critical Processes against the international standards of Best Practice. Best
Practice, as defined by the International Standards Organization (“ISO”), demands
that a company possess documented operating procedures, that employees are
trained and tested as to their adherence to set procedure, whether the processes are
managed and whether they are measured.
Through a series of connected, penetrating questions, the four stakeholder levels in a
company (owners, executive, managers, workers) are surveyed as to the degree of
systems, processes, documentation and training occurs. The OPTI Sustainability’s
over 1500 carefully crafted questions are targeted to a specified industry, and
produce in a very short time frames where major leakages are occurring within an
organization.
These results are then consolidated and synthesized into a user friendly and
comprehensive set of graphics illustrating comparison to Best Practice.

Validation
This core module compares the target company against the other surveyed
companies in the OPTI database. Numerical scoring of each Mission Critical
Process allows for a variety of quantitative statistical analysis including
distribution sampling, and Logistical Regression testing to address the logic
equation of: given the set of MCP scores what is the probability of Sustainable
successful operations compared to the database companies.
