and entertainment company headquartered in New York, NY. The company
was formed in March 2014 as a subsidiary of Omicon, Inc. and has produced
events for a largely millennial audience.
The management team is led by New York City event planner Kazi Ali, who
brings with him experience that includes the sale of over 60,000 event tickets,
partnerships with top brands such as MTVu and Uber and a host of talent
bookings with headliners that have a combined social media reach of over
23 million fans (Facebook Likes + Twitter Followers + Instagram Followers).
