Currently I am working as a Communications Specialist and Program Coordinator at the
Transport and Traffic Management Directorate, which was founded to improve transport, and
traffic management in Amman through creating a strategic plan that includes investment in
billions for major projects and solutions to the public transportation in the city

o Newspaper ads: Design development for a series of ads
o Mupis: Direct simplified messages about a new service… focusing on our daily
suffering…
o Billboards: Showing the problem with solution… again direct simple messages…
o Rollup Banners: Explaining more about the service. They were displayed in most of the
presentations, events or conferences
 Social Media Marketing
o Follow up on daily newspaper for public transportation related articles and preparing
replies on different social media network programs, this includes a BRT group on
Facebook, Twitter page and You Tube page, responsible for downloading any new
videos, interviews about the project and reply to any questions, inquiries.
 Events Management
o Design of booths reflecting the required image of BRT and public transportation.
o Coordinating and supporting media appearances: Taking the driver’s seat when
arranging with different media parties (radio stations, TV channels, magazines and
any other media providers)
o Coordination on planning of events with other parties, presentations for the BRT
project were held at

o Coordinating with other parties on focus groups arrangements
 Focus group discussions were held in Amman with local nationals that use
public transportation on a frequent basis, whether to commute to their work
or universities.
 Each focus group consisted of twelve to twenty participants and a highly
trained moderator who guided the discussions according to pre-set guidelines.
The focus groups generated valuable inputs on the views and experiences
shared by the participants many of which were consistent across all focus
group discussions.
o Supporting communication activities for several international initiatives including
 C40 Network; C40 is a network of the world’s megacities committed to
addressing climate change.
 CREATE project (Congestion Reduction in Europe, Advancing Transport
Efficiency) which was kicked off in London on 21 --- 22 September,my role is
supporting communications activities, including stakeholder engagement and
dissemination of project findings.
Branding and Design Company ( 2003-2009 )
 Financial Controller
- Oversee and perform a range of diverse financial activities for the company, serve as a central
point of connection with other departments and follow up on day-to-day matters.
- Perform basic, routine book keeping functions, which may involve billing and cash receipt
activities, issuing invoices, preparing monthly cashflow sheets and statement of accounts.
- Helping in solving various financial issues which also covers arranging payment terms in some
financial proposals
- Following up with the team to make sure payments are received in due time.
- Monitor, reconcile, and assist with fiscal administration for the company, including but not
limited to contracts, payroll, employment and purchasing.
 Project Coordinator
- Solve administrative problems, and responsible for the execution of stated goals and
objectives.
- Establish, update, and maintain employee’s personal files, inventories, and records, implement
and maintain data management systems, as required.
- Manage client relationships from project inception to delivery, ensuring full coordination
between project teams and clients.
- Working with clients to define project requirements and developing websites applications,
editorial design and marketing communications projects.
- Drawing up technical and financial proposals Project planning and follow up. Assist operation
directors and other project coordinators in managerial tasks.
- Perform quality assurance tasks.
WORKSHOPS AND TRAININGS:
- Social Media Marketing Workshop ‘‘A Focus on Behavior Change’’ that was arranged by The
Public Action for Water, Energy and the Environment (PAP)
- Urban Transportation Policy Course held at Seoul Human Resource Development
Center and Metropolis International Institute Asian Center, Seoul, Southern Korea
Purpose of the visit:
- To establish transportation policy influenced by Seoul by sharing information and practices of
Seoul’s transportation policy that is convenient, sustainable and future-oriented.
- To provide participants with an opportunity to benchmark Seoul’s successful urban
transportation model by operating professional and systematic training programs including
theoretical lectures by experts and field trips to relevant organizations and places.
- To promote participants’ understanding about Korean culture through cultural experiences.
- By the end of the course, preparing a presentation for the participants about Public
Transportation in Amman.
- Creative Employee Prize at GAM with the branding project of public Transportation in Amman
(A copy of the work could be provided upon request)

  • 4.  Events Management o Design of booths reflecting the required image of BRT and public transportation. o Coordinating and supporting media appearances: Taking the driver’s seat when arranging with different media parties (radio stations, TV channels, magazines and any other media providers) o Coordination on planning of events with other parties, presentations for the BRT project were held at  JoTrans conference --- Dead Sea  Columbia University  Amman Tech Tuesdays  Rotary Club  Scan Club  British Ladies Association o Coordinating with other parties on focus groups arrangements  Focus group discussions were held in Amman with local nationals that use public transportation on a frequent basis, whether to commute to their work or universities.  Each focus group consisted of twelve to twenty participants and a highly trained moderator who guided the discussions according to pre-set guidelines. The focus groups generated valuable inputs on the views and experiences shared by the participants many of which were consistent across all focus group discussions. o Supporting communication activities for several international initiatives including  C40 Network; C40 is a network of the world’s megacities committed to addressing climate change.  CREATE project (Congestion Reduction in Europe, Advancing Transport Efficiency) which was kicked off in London on 21 --- 22 September,my role is supporting communications activities, including stakeholder engagement and dissemination of project findings.
