28. Steps
ON the power button
Start the separator until it gets full RPM
Fill the water for water sealing until it comes out from vent
open the suction valve
Start the heater, wait to achieve the temp
Open the oil product valve
Regulate and adjust the product valve as per requirement.
Ensure oil is not dumping from dirty oil way, if any abnormality readjust
product valve
Inspect the centrifuge intermittently
30. Oil centrifuge safety
It is a very high speed rotating machine, maximum RPM goes up to 9510.
Don't open any cover during machine is rotating, as it takes several minutes to
stop after power cut off.
We need to be very conscious during its assembling, as any loose part can damage
machine.
It may cause a big accident, damaging equipment and persons operating or
observing its operation.
Make sure of all fasteners are well in position and tightened properly, as it may
cause oil spill.
Electrical hazard are always there.
Take care of high temperature oil and heaters.
Don’t move the trolley in operation.
