To provide effective monitoring of the line departments. To provide collaboration and sharing of information between stake holders To provide data visualization through dashboard system for effective decision support To provide Document Management for proper information management To enhance Accountability at different level To provide right information at the right time to increase efficiency through informed decisions.
- 3. OBJECTIVE: The Office Inspection and Organization Performance Monitoring System Application will cover about 1000 public offices. All the existing procedures of inspection and compliance would be reviewed along with streamlining wherever necessary. There will be standard guideline/checklists prepared for inspection of these public offices periodically. Monitoring would be made to ensure of inspections are done within the prescribed time frame along with necessary compliance. Timely reminders/advisory to the concerned authorities from State monitoring Cell. Training to concerned staff of these public offices regarding the structures of inspection forms, compliance procedures, parameters for performance .

- As illustrated in the above image the functionality is designed to focus on delivering value to State Monitoring Cell, Department Heads, Inspecting Authorities and Inspection Office within the broad office inspection and organization performance area.
- The Administration Console allows a Site Administrator to control a site or store by completing administrative operations and configuration tasks .The tasks that you are authorized to perform display on the Administration Console home page through various menus. These tasks are based on the user group names (roles) and authority levels. To return to the Administration Console home page, click the Home link at the top of the website.
- As illustrated above, the web based application will provide functionality consolidated manner with inspection management, document management and workflow management. Authorized users will access the application through an internet with proper authentication based on the role defined.
