This document discusses different types of verbs and objects in sentences. It explains that object complements rename or state what a direct object has become. Complex transitive verbs require both a direct object and another object or object complement to identify a quality or attribute of the direct object. Examples are given of di-transitive verbs that require an indirect object and a direct object, and complex transitive verbs using object complements.

to/for him)
 She bakes them cookies. (She bakes cookies for
them)

5.  A verb that requires both a DIRECT OBJECT and
 ANOTHER OBJECT / OBJECT COMPLEMENT

ATTRIBUTE of DIRECT OBJECT
 Complex transitive verbs in English include
believe, consider, declare, find, judge, keep,
label, name, presume, pronounce, prove,
rate, and think.
