2. Obesity of various degrees can be agonizing. It can be pitiable.
It can ridiculous. It can be humiliating. It can be frustrating. It
can be depressing. It can be destructive.
But there is nothing to worry. The age old medicine (drug) or
in fact panacea of HARI NAMA or RAMA NAMA can
certainly help us! In fact our obesity can be used as signal for
RAMA NAMA and superliving!
The most important thing that can lead to radical cure from
obesity is the change in mind.
Our mind is always trapped in the self created trap of our
opinions about people’s opinions about us! We tend to move in
whirlwind of comments from arrogance and aggrandizement
to self pity and self destruction.
