2. Week 1-10 Snack
Monday ¼ Fruit cocktail
¾ Apple Juice
¼ crackers
Tuesday ½ sliced apple
½ pretzels
1 cup of water
Wednesday 1 cup of apple sauce
½ noodle Kugel
1 cup of water
Thursday 1 cup of apple juice
Queso Con Dulce
1 cup water
International Food Menu for Great Living

3. The children that are in our International Community Outreach Center food menu is for
children that four to eleven years old. This food menu will be used in the outreach program
from August to May school period.

International WIC Program
 Debit Card with $ 10.00
 Children that attend program will have this money on a debt card to purchase different
types of meats and vegetables once a month
 Chicken, Fish and Beef
 Fresh greens, String beans and Broccoli
Backpacks of Healthy Snacks Program
 Once of month on a Friday children of the program will be able to receive snacks out of the
backpack to take home to have for the weekend with juice and water.
