baseline number of collected observations that are needed to perform specific
analyses. This is not to say that larger sample sizes are unequivocally better; a truly

Gays, Bisexual, and Trans) encompasses all of those who fall under those categories
and those who support the community as well. With the legalization of gaymarriage in
all 50 states by the U.S Supreme Court the LGBTcommunity is making milestones
when it comes to having the same rights as heterosexual couples. With its growing
presence in the community it is essential to understand their culture and respect the
diversity of the group.
While working at BIC, a ware house located in Charlotte, nc, I met a diverse group
of individuals but the bulk of my coworkers were members of the LGBT
community. This was different for me because the high school I attended and my
previous college I didn t interact directly with anybody from that community. The
closest I had come to this was being in a modeling organization with gay males.
The women practiced separately so even then my contact was very limited. The
people I worked with at BIC quickly became good friends of mine despite are
different sexual orientations, this lead them to extend an invite to a nightclub

Common Type Of Wrist Fracture
Scaphoid fracture is the most common type of wrist fracture and is an important
health problem as it affects predominately young active individuals (mean age
29)1. They are therefore of significant social and economic importance. These
fractures account for 2 7% of all fractures1. They commonly occur when a patient
falls onto an outstretched hand or are sustained as a sporting injury. Scaphoid
fractures are notoriously difficult to image and due to the poor blood supply, has
issue with regard to non union and avascular necrosis (AVN)1. The clinical signs
of this fracture are swelling and pain in the scaphoid region, tenderness in the
anatomical snuffbox , pain on axial compression, pain while pronating the hand,
and painful pinch grip2. Radiological diagnosis consists of a scaphoid series of X
rays: Anterior Posterior, lateral, semipronated and semisupinated views2. In cases
of so called occult fractures, the fracture is not visible on the radiographs, if the
clinical signs are highly suggestive of fracture a 2 week period of cast
immobilization is recommended, followed by a repeat X ray series2. If further
investigation is required, CT and MRI scans can also be implemented. Surgery is
generally indicated for patients who have displaced or unstable fractures and patients

Nature And Its Effects On Children
Nature is an important part in the lives of many people. From the simple serenity it
lends to the lives of those who are willing to experience it, or the way its resources
allow everyone to live their lives the way they do, nature plays this important role.

lives, including children, who are growing up in a more structured environment and

There are many types of ways kids acquire an education today; some of these happen
to be public and public schools. Some assume that private schools offer superior
everything, justifying their tuition costs (Great Schools Staff). In that case, people
automatically convey the false belief that private schools have a much better form of
education. In reality, education in a Public school is highly more advanced and
experienced than any particular Private school, because of their social involvements
being opened to try new things, accumulating more experience for a smaller cost, and
having no limitations nor boundaries that will minimize student s skills and
capabilities.
Public schools have been around for decades, and have formed one of our main
options to pursue an education in the 21st century. Researchers mentioned, We
analyzed instructors and performance for over 300,000 elementary and middle
school students in 15,108 public, charter, and private schools. What we found
surprised us (Valerie Strauss). The experience these public schools carry is real, from
having a variety of students who practice different types of religion, to having people
who have been raised differently. Experiences like these allow the students to get
comfortable with these types of environments.
The message trying to be delivered there is that one day eventually all kids will

for workplace harassment depends upon the status or job title and duties of the

was showed to have greater benefit over Plavix in NSTE ACS patients.

antiplatelet therapy with Plavix, when compared to Brilinta. With this knowledge,

Methods:
In order to conduct this research paper, access was gained into the University of
Texas Rio Grande Valley library website (http://www.utpa.edu/library). Under the
heading of Articles and Databases , Pub Med was selected. Entering the key words
Brilinta , NSTE ACS and Brilinta vs Plavix this search was conducted. This search
was conducted on several separate occasions. Over 350 articles were returned with
these key words mentioned in the title.
After the initial search, about 35 journal readings had to be read thoroughly and
closely analyzed. From which, 10 of these journal articles were deemed pertinent to
this manuscript. These publications were then saved, printed, and re analyzed for key
information. All publications were chosen from reputable sources via online and only

pertinent information relating to this manuscript will be discussed.

INTRODUCTION: The doctrine of agency by necessity establishes that authority
shall be assumed, in a necessitous situation, by a person who acts in the interest of
the principal. The Indian Contract Act remains silent as to classification of the
doctrine under any section, though many debate that it is to be under the head of
Section 189. This is an extremely ambiguous area in the law of agency, as there are
quite a few specific scenarios apart from the quintessential shipmaster , which are
debatable as to assumption of authority. In this paper, the concepts of the conditions
prerequisite to the assumption of authority shall be discussed, and then an analysis of
the special situations of ambiguity with reference to cases shall be addressed.

As a dedicated student, I have always focused myself completely on maintaining
high grades and having a presence in my school s extracurriculars. In order to
ensure that I would not stray from this path, my parents have never allowed me to
apply for a job, nor do I think I would have time to work without making academic
sacrifices even if I had permission to. This strategy has paid off nicely in regards to
my academic success, but it has left me in a precarious position as I prepare to attend

The Day Food Intake After recording my three days of food intake, I went to the
reports section of WileyPlus, where it gave a complete breakdown of calories and
nutrients. When comparing the report to my DRI, it gave told me the difference
between what I should be taking in for nutrients and what I am taking in. The
following will cover the recorder intake of protein, carbohydrates, and lipids. Track
the ranges of macronutrient intake, as well as the fiber intake range.

A diet rich in fiber will lower cholesterol levels and lessen the risk for certain
cancers, and heart disease. The fiber containing groups that fell short of the
recommended intake were fruits and vegetables. The amount of fruits I took in was
lower than the vegetable intake. The specific foods that provided the most fiber in
my meals were the vegetables and the oatmeal.
Dietary Modifications The changes that I would make to increase the fiber in my
diet, would be to include more fruits and vegetables in my daily intake. The daily
recommended intake of fiber was 21 g. The most fiber I consumed in one day was
15 g. or 73 percent of the recommended daily intake. I need to consume more fruits
and vegetables in an effort to achieve the proper dietary fiber intake. Macro nutrients,
are essential for health, growth, healing, and immune function. Too little or too much
of the macronutrients may result in poor health and a variety of diseases ( Nutrition
Md , 2016).. An example of consuming too much protein, as in animal protein, it
could cause kidney stones, or gout.

While this seemingly disrespectful tardiness in delivering Beowulf his drink
seems to suggest a perception that he is weak, in reality, it shows the contrast of
this society to that of modern society. This act of hierarchical snubbing proves to
not be an assault on Beowulf s strength, but instead a display of the importance of
loyalty in the Dane s society. Even a hero, who has come to relieve your people of
turmoil, must be served after your warriors, form, as a newcomer, Beowulf has
done nothing yet for the Dane s and therefor has earned no place within their
hierarchy. This changes with Beowulf s defeat of Grendel. Having displayed his
loyalty to the King by risking his life in an attempt to kill Grendel, Beowulf earns
