This document describes a proposed model for Self Learning Centers (SLCs) aimed at enhancing primary education in India. The key points are: 1. SLCs would be run by passionate undergraduate volunteers and aim to bridge mental ability gaps in students through fun, practical learning techniques to supplement the standard curriculum. 2. The proposed organizational structure includes teams for recruitment, teaching, curriculum development, finances, and outreach. Centers would be established across cities starting with Ahmedabad. 3. The model hopes to eventually reach 35 million out-of-school children through a network of volunteers and centers. It currently operates in one municipal school in Ahmedabad with 20 volunteers reaching 200 students.
