LAND USE LAND COVER AND NDVI OF MIRZAPUR DISTRICT, UPRAHUL
This Dissertation explores the particular circumstances of Mirzapur, a region located in the
core of India. Mirzapur, with its varied terrains and abundant biodiversity, offers an optimal
environment for investigating the changes in vegetation cover dynamics. Our study utilizes
advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover
changes, conversion trends, and other related patterns. The spatial dimensions of land use and
cover support policymakers and scientists in making well-informed decisions, as alterations in
these patterns indicate shifts in economic and social conditions. Monitoring such changes with the
help of Advanced technologies like Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems is
crucial for coordinated efforts across different administrative levels. Advanced technologies like

I want to thank our Heavenly Parents and True Parents for opening Cheon Shim Won here in USA. I
am deeply grateful to Bishop Kim and Rev. Chung Jin Hwa for a most loving and dedicated
atmosphere that they provided here in Las Vegas. They enabled us to do deep reflection regarding
our existence. They are very creative men of God.
I personally got healing from serious demonic attacks on my spiritual and physical body.
Something was squeezing my heart and I couldn’t get well through doing many conditions and
prayer alone. I needed Spiritual reinforcement through Angels and Heavenly Parent and True
Parents.
I connected with my brothers and sisters when we bonded with in this short 7 days. I got few
volunteers willing to help me start a school in Kenya as True Mother had instructed me in 1999
when she came to Kenya. A school with a distance of no more than 30 minutes from Nairobi
where she can come again and visit.
The workshop renewed my determination to do my very best at this time of my life to advance
God’s will. I will fulfil my responsibility in my lifetime.
I will come back with my husband.
Thank you!! God bless you!

Today is the final day of the 7-Day Cheon Shim Won workshop. I feel that I fulfilled my wish for this
workshop. I wanted a jump start and received clarity in my understanding of how to move forward
in my Tribal messiahship mission.
Through people, Jeong song, HDK, lectures + prayer I received my path forward. I will reach out to
mainly people who suffered under England’s colonization. I want to at least try to pay some debt
of the suffering me and my ancestors have caused others. Also wish papers for my family. I already
see some result.
Thank you! Heavenly Parent, True Parents + Staff!

First of all, I am really grateful to Heavenly Parent, and True Parents I had the wonderful
opportunity to attend the first Cheon Shim Won workshop in Las Vegas. It was a victory to get the
VISA and arrive in the US, but it was even more victorious to be a part of this pioneering group.
I learnt a lot from the wonderful hearts of everyone I met at Cheon Shim Won, Las Vegas. At first, I
thought that there would be several youth in attendance but even if 90% of the participants were
my parents, the youthful heart and love for God, True Parents, their families and others touched
my heart. I did learn a lot from the lectures but getting time to talk to and also listen to the
testimonies and reflections of the participants taught me more. Through this workshop, I felt as if
my heart has grown to love more and share more in this way we can build one ideal family,
regardless of barriers such as nationality and race. Thank you!!

The lectures were also insightful, so I am grateful to all the lecturers. Coming here, people were
curious as to how Las Vegas could be a religious/Spiritual Center, but I feel it here. Probably
because True Parents lived here the spirit surrounding the Cheon Shim Won is calm and
welcoming like a parent. The people are good too. Loving.
So, I am encouraged to love more and also think about God more which many times I forget unless
I am in a prayer, like during Hoon Dok Hae. It may not be visible, but I feel my heart & spirit
have grown through this 7-day workshop. I am grateful to Heavenly Parent & True Parents
and everyone that took part. I hope I can continue to share more in love even in a small way with
others and everyone.

Dear Beloved Heavenly Parent, Dear True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind, Thank You!!!
I feel the love and grace from heaven in my life, but I am not showing gratitude to Heavenly Parent
and True Parents as much as I should every single moment of my life.
I am so sorry before Heavenly Parent and True Parents because it has taken me so much time to
understand their heart. To feel the sorrowful heart of Heavenly Parent and True Parents, to
understand their desperate efforts to restore mankind.
I was excited to come to America. But one thing came to my mind as I was making devotions in
preparation to come over was that “ Andy you need to serve America”. Two weeks before coming,
my excitement went down. I then repented and said to Heavenly Parent that I will do my best. I
had ups and downs, but I always remember the voice that told me that you are going to America
to serve, and that uplifted my spirit.
The 7-day workshop felt for me like my entire life of faith in the movement. I did learn, but most
importantly at the end of it felt the heart of True Parents. Saturday afternoon during my original
mind time, I stood outside the dorm. Then suddenly I started singing my favorite song “ ce qu’est
le bonheur”. I felt a certain force taking me to walk down behind the sanctuary.

I walked slowly and my mind was clear, then I came in front of the sanctuary, faced the tree in
front of the main entrance and for a moment, very short moment, inside me I hear that “I wish to
have the strength and energy like you. And from nowhere I see the image of True father walking
slowly. I have never met True Father physically. I still remember that flashing image of True Father
walking slowly.
When we were attending our evening Chanyang Yeoksa session, at the end I couldn’t prayer, but
just cried. I felt the resonance. For a moment I thought of Africa, I thought of America, and the
rest of the world. It was just an instant.
And coming to hear about FLU, of course not for the first time, I felt the heart of True Mother, and
I cried again during our morning devotion, I had no words, but just cried.
What do I do from now on? How do I live my life from now on? How much energy have I wasted
complaining about my relationship with people, rumors and other things?
That is why I feel this workshop has had a meaningful impact in my entire life of faith. I am so
grateful to True Parents for inviting me here through Dr. Kim, and Rev Chung.

All the lectures were wonderful, but three really stuck out was: Rev Doo’s revelations about the
Cheon Shim Won Providence., Rev Chung’s spirit world, faith and devotion. Finally even though it
was not a lecture we sat around the table with Rev ki Hoon Kim and he was remonised about the
time True Father and True Mother were here in this house. Rev Doo’s lecture revealed some, but
Rev Kim told us the preciousness of each part of the house. How important the declaration was
plus the meaning of the calligraphy that is framed plus hung on the wall. The fire place with
trophies and side cabinets. Dr Kim was like a museum curator capturing the time spent in this
house which was to be the last investment that True Parents will give on this earth to America.
There is a well known picture of True Father in prayer, but this house has rare picture of True
Mother praying. It has an equally rare photo of True Father and True Mother with Hyo Jin Nim as a
baby. What an amazing house because the people who lived here left their mark, the aura of
heaven.
Dr Chung especially shared his deep experiences in Africa. The internal guidance he gave on how
to move the spirit world was valuable. I think his lecture should be named “ How to gain Heavenly
Fortune plus prepare for the Spirit World” which should begin at birth, learning to …. goodness
and dispel evil.

Many examples and video clips were shown and since it is the common denominator that all of us
will die someday, we have to know what is important and what is not important. Since most of the
world is seeking temporary things, it is both amazing and sad that most of us are investing in
temporary fortune and not the eternal. I think this is what this workshop did. We never have so
much time to reflect on our lives as we live. We, who have been in this movement for quite
sometime know that loving, forgiving and giving and forgetting you gave is the right way to live,
but this gave us opportunity to reflect on our lives and make an assessment of how far or near the
mark we are. Are we ready to leave this temporary world or do we still need time? I personally
need time. Finally Dr Compton gave an amazing Divine Principle lecture on spirit world. And Rev
Doo gave us an overview of True Parents work in Las Vegas. The two clocks that will bequeath the
providence from True Mother to her eldest grandson at the new sanctuary on May 05th 2023. it is
surely a sacred place. I wish to come again.
