CRISTALL FOR MAKING SHIRTS one of ARAFA HOLDING co the first
leading and most famous manufacturers of Garments products in Egypt.
Responsibility
 Make all procedures of Temporary Admission and all related settlements.
 Prepare all required documents for inbound and outbound shipments
regarding the custom issues and conditions.

 Coordinate with the forwarders agents related to the clients and suppliers
shipments and identify the best way and mood for shipping with the best cost
and good services.
 Booking the vessels and trucks according to the shipping plan and
production plan to assure the supply delivery for shipments on time
 Follow up all the custom clearance procedures and delivery of goods to the
clients.
 Utilize various transportation ways to facilitate material movement
planning and scheduling.
 Prepare and update monthly logistics, schedule to assure deliveries to
production locations. Coordinate product delivery schedules with customers.
 Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement of inventory
finished goods and raw materials via vessels, plans and trucks. Provide reports
to internal and external customers as required.
 Assist in obtaining necessary transportation permits for inbound
shipments and outbound shipments, as required to facilitate timely movements.
 Works closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of
defined processes and goods transportation.
 Organizes and maintains hard copy and electronic documentation
supporting shipments invoices and documents and governmental issues.

customer demands
 Ensures that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner
according to documented processes, including planning the transportation
route and payload, selecting the mode of transportation, tendering the order for
transportation, and tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery all
the while targeting cost reduction, freight savings, service and contractual
requirements
 Assembles load fragments into consolidated loads thus balancing freight
savings and it is for more than clients shipments in one, service and
contractual / legal requirements
