The product RSF-AT-100is a hydrophilic non-ionic polymeric base. Usage guidelines To use as an additive/ diluent for Cationic flakes: The product should be preferably used as a two-component system during dosing, i.e. RSF-AT- 100 and cationic flakes should be addedindividually at the time of final application. * Before adding in the bath, RSF-AT-100 should be diluted in warm water at 60°C in 1:4 or higher ratio. If you add RSF-AT-100 directly in the bath it may form lumps.

Special features on application of RSF-AT-100 To make hydrophilic softener for terry towel, use hydrophilic silicone The ratio of silicone to RSF-AT-100 can be changed as per your application requirement To make shear stable softener for exhaust, use shear stable silicone The silicone content can vary from 50-70% of the composition. AdjustRSF-AT- 100quantity as required Non-shear stable hydrophobic silicone softener can be used to make softener for padding application that does not require shear stability RSF-AT-100can be used on its own as a non-ionic softener For better hydrophilicity and lesser yellowing, use more RSF-AT-100in blend In a multi-component finishing system, replace cationic and silicone with RSF-AT-100 as per the above illustrations
