Dilution Procedure (for 15% solution)
Ingredient Quantity
R-PSF-740 15 kg.
Water (DMW / Soft Water with low TDS) 85 kg.
• Take 70 parts of water of the total recipe, start heating & bring temperature close to boiling.
• Gradually add R-PSF-740. It should spread in 20-30 minutes after temperature reaches
90°C. This ensures easy solubilization. Do not add all the powder together.
• Heat for 30-60 minutes further to dissolve completely.
• Water which evaporated during heating should be replaced by adding equivalent
amount of water.
• Add balance quantity of water and mix for 20-30 minutes.
• Cool to room temperature while stirring.
Point of addition
Can be added in Refining chest, prior to refining chest or spray on wet end along with starch
Working pH: 5 - 8
