Introduction
This is a template providing high level discussion on overseas living (working & learning) experiences and has no intention refer to specifically someone that I know
Both successful and disappoint experiences broadly foreseen
Negative attitude to an unfitted environment often found from the nonsuccess person
There are some key elements helping self assessment to reduce the environmental non compliance risk

FactSheet–a blankexample
Fact sheet attempts you to describe both sides story of success & failure cases that you found in the new environment
Bringing you an opportunity to observe each cases – making the list as much without bias
You may now conclude nowhere provides such bad experiences to all newcomers as you previously have imagined

AAmoved from X to Y. He/She’sliving for many years now.
Here are the success milestones: s1, s2, s3, etc.
His/her education background/ country of origin/ country of destination?
Working status/ Marital status?
And other personal & environmental backgrounds?

Non -Adaptive Function
“S0” and “S1” are two distinct environments time-variation (I’m not mathematician but I guess my understanding is likely valid and I understand that the universe is considered a time- variation domain, if wrong please correct)
“f1” and “f2” are two time-dependent behavior functions. 5

Non-Adaptive Function
Noting “f1” has been excited by the new environment “S1” but fails to convert into any equilibrium state and return to its initial state
“f2” is the function initially belongs only to “S0” but this function is able to learn the new inputs from “S1” and gradually converge to the new equilibrium state depending on “S0” and subset of “S1”

Adaptive Behavior–f2
“f2” may converge to the equilibrium state which cover all members of “S0” and “S1” but at time to infinity.
So, it is unlikely “f2” will 100% comply to all environments “S1” under the definite time. 7

Non-Adaptive Behavior–f1
If “f1” is not genetically non- adaptive function in nature, the other main factor letting “f1” behaves as a non-adaptive function might be a set of bias generating from the initial environment, i.e. the profound knowledge since childhood forming “f1” being a rigid thinking, low flexibility of thoughts, narrow mind, criticizing with immature reasoning that cause to failure response from the new set of environmental inputs. 8

Conclusion
Success stories are great –failure stories are even better!
Behind success stories are often embarrassing first effort, or radical change of direction
Well preparing a self assessment against the new environment that you plan to experience with
