Veeam Integration
• Integration :
– eliminates manual snapshot mount, which can be problem prone due to
human errors
– provides capabilities to catalog Nimble snapshots and ability to backup to
other media, physical, virtual, or cloud.
• Veeam Explorer for Storage Snapshots (VESS)
– orchestrate Nimble snapshot backup & recovery from either primary or
secondary array, allowing you to layer a snapshot strategy on top of
yourbackup strategy to provide lower RPOs and RTOs.
– allows you to restore entire VMs or individual items. It offers the same
restoration capabilities from crash-consistent array based snapshots as
Veeam does for application-consistent snapshots.
• On-Demand Sandbox for Storage Snapshots
– allows you to create an isolated environment on the DR side and power up
