The document outlines the format for an internal training competition with two rounds: a CV preparation and interview skills round, and an external speaking event round. For the first round, contestants will individually answer on-stage questions from judges within 4 minutes. They will then compete individually in the external event by choosing a judge and answering their question. The external event involves teams competing in three rounds - creating a promotional video clip, participating in debate-style semi-finals, and a final debate round.
