The Lake Martin Tributary at Foxwood HOA Stream Restoration is located in Oakton between Norwegian Mill Court and Fox Mill Road within the Difficult Run Watershed. The project stabilized several outfalls, replaced a failed stormwater pond with a step pool conveyance system, restored approximately 1,364 feet of stream, added native forest and riparian plantings, and removed non-native invasive species.
In our first planning club of 2017 we covered:
• formation and use of Section 106 obligations and conditions
• a look at recent changes to permitted development rights
• challenges to planning decisions, including judicial review and appeals.
3GPP Release 16 & 17 freeze moved by 3 months because of Coronavirus. The Q2 electronic meetings held were mostly used to complete Rel.16 specifications. RAN1 will look at first Rel.17 study items already in May 2020. Otherwise Rel.17 will start in the RAN working groups only in August 2020.

Greenhithe Planning Submission Now Complete!
We are very excited to announce that our final Planning Submission has been made to Dartford Local Council. Further details are available in the Greenhithe planning update but this is the culmination of extensive work done in preparation of the application and represents the most important step in the planning process to date.
The local council will now follow its due process which should take us into early January and, whilst we have formally completed our involvement, we will continue to make representations wherever possible to ensure as swift a process as possible.
Bernard M. Baruch Houses, the largest NYCHA development in Manhattan, has 17 buildings, some 7, 13, and 14-stories high. Baruch Houses was completed June 30, 1959 and is on 27.46-acres in Lower Manhattan. The complex has 2,193 apartments housing an estimated 5,367 residents.
Baruch Houses has a $251 million unmet need for capital improvements over the next 5 years. Baruch Addition has as $13 million unmet need for capital improvements over the next 5 years.
