Thursday We will talk about fire drills and practice lining up for one, read our Scholastic magazine titled School Rules, and talk about the different types of writing. Friday We will talk about whether we think we can read and I will show them that, indeed, they are already in the beginning stage of reading! Ask them to read you the book they bring home! Special Notes Upcoming Events Reminder! Make sure you have returned all of the forms in Sept. 17 – Book Orders Due the folder you received from the office on Back to School Night. Also, please remember to return Oct. 3 – Count Day! Please be here! the ones that were in the folder you received from me! Stay tuned for our first field trip date & information! Breakfast Please make sure to have your child here by or as close to 7:45am as you can so they will have enough time to eat breakfast. It is over with at 8:15am. Keep in mind they have morning jobs to complete before and after eating breakfast!
