Mrs. Nawrot's 4th grade class at Crossroads Charter Academy has several academic and class updates. Academically, the class will review spelling and vowels, read the story "Mrs. Frisby and the Crow", learn about the writing process and write paragraphs. They will also review math concepts and learn about different levels of government. For class news, the first Scholastic book order is due by September 21st. Students will focus on respect and responsibility this month and collect Box Tops to support the PTO. MAP testing will begin the following week to measure student growth.

What a city. Look at this sunrise though over the Miami city scape. If you have not seen this in person, you are missing out. http://www.slideshare.net/antonio-velardo/antonio-velardo-and-miami-sunrises
