10. Things to remember:
•With rare exception, don’t take down the precautions
signs
•Be ready to talk to EVS and others about why patient is on
precautions
•Make sure sign matches EHR entry for Clinical Data
•Refer inquiries of photos to cards at Nursing Station
•Reverse of photos and “diet restrictions” specially treated
for use of dry erase markers
