Personal Statement 
I would like to continue to work for the DHL Group, the opportunities are great plus 
they offer lots off adult education course to boost up a dhl career prospects. This is 
the second DHL logistics I am working for and I enjoy working for my company. 
The intense training I had over the past years; I gained lots of experience from 
Bendi fork lift truck at Screwfix direct. I believe working for NEXT; I will use my 
future experience to share within the company if it can or will make an advantage. 
New ways of thinking and learning from others is also great. At DHL I worked with 
a team of communications group talking to staff about how they feels what 
problems in work they have or need to change. We collect all this data have a 
meeting before having a monthly meeting with the managers and M.D. 
I undertook a training sponsor whilst at Screwfix to train new employers and agency 
operatives. 
I have worked in the retail and love to meet customers seeing their demands and to make 
sure they get 100% satisfactory. 
I worked as team work in various warehouses to include food factory R.F.Brookes as a 
machine setter. As a team when I had to do food prep change over the line could 
not stop therefore staff had to place fast food onto trays, whilst I done the 
changeover. 
Other experience working as an assembly operative I was engaged in producing engine 
components using hand tools and semi-auto machines. Conducting Safety leak 
check test at final inspection prior to bagging and labelling. Working as an 
individual and also as a team member. 
At NHS I have gained vital experience together with using company LLOP for order 
picking, PPT for loading /unloading vehicles. 
I replenish stock whilst operating the reach truck. 
I also work in other areas such as cross-dock, loading, marshalling and goods in. 
I am also learning the principles of business & administration by completing the NVQ 
award. 
DHL NHS has given me a vibrant future since being employed with having

Skills 
- My current role consists of running the CDT/Cross-dock department; also have 
reach truck for Putaways and replenishment experience, Marshalling, and goods-inn 
of inbound and out bound. 
- Current CDT/Cross-Dock I do the daily Receipting of inbound goods coming in 
from all our Depots; if and when required I email/phone Depots of any issues 
outstanding. CDT area we as a team scan all CDT and Receipt Cross dock to put to 
shelf for the pickers on a daily routine. I also have access to the company PPT for 
loading/Unloading the trailers for the goods inn dept. 
- I also have been working for the admin side of the warehouse to pre-pare picking 
loads for pickers/and sort denials. Sorting Replens for reach truck drivers. 
- On pick desk had training given to dispatch pick loads, printing advice notes, 
doing the pick board performance and have corresponded with transport. 
- Other duties are finding NSV for goods for missing items/damaged goods. 
- I am also learning the principles of business & administration by completing the 
NVQ award.

Reading and surfing the internet.
