ensure correct items have been picked and the quality is second to none. Scanning loads from non-
Boxed sites. Bring out stock for repal from 1 batch type to another. Case pick when required.

My responsibilities are: Training Admin, ensuring they do their job correctly. When necessary carrying out
a disciplinary. Finding cover and signing off admin holidays. Order creations, ensuring all orders go out in
full were possible. Liaising with the custom to ensure all orders are dispatched correctly. Liaising with
Smartway to get collections delay to ensure orders go out in full. Collating data for daily, weekly and
monthly KPI’s / Reports. Managing pallets, arranging delivery and collection to ensuring pallet stock are
maintained. Conference calls with the customer.
I have also managed external Buffers, ensuring stock only goes in when necessary, depot changing
orders to save the extra cost bring stock back to depots, raising STO’s and exiting the buffers as so as
possible saving the customer money.
In addition to this I have embraced the Unipart way, taking part in OCC’s, an overdrive event on Co-pack,
passing my level 3 in 2 of the 5 core tools, coaching others to achieve their level 3 and presenting the
Level 1 Unipart Way and health and safety site induction.
