Cambridge has announced a contingency approach for grading CAIE exams in May/June 2022 involving portfolios of evidence. Centers will select three substantial pieces of work completed during the course for each IGCSE, AS, and A Level candidate. Centers will submit portfolios digitally and examiners will mark the work to calculate grades. For linear A Levels, there will be two portfolios - one for the AS part and one for the A2 part, totaling six pieces of work. Evidence can include past papers, coursework, or questions from past papers. A testing schedule is provided for the next three weeks.
