• 40% people rely on wood, charcoal, or animal waste to cook their food
despite the availability of technical solutions.
• 2 million people die annually from diseases caused by indoor smoke –
more than deaths from malaria.

speed and temperature in their
workspaces
• More than 81% of the regularly occupied

• 92% of the regularly occupied spaces will
have direct lines of sight to perimeter
glazing
• 30% more than the minimum ventilation
rates as per ASHRAE standards is provided
• CO2 sensors to measure the CO2 levels in
the breathing zone between 3 feet & 6
feet above the floor
