Jane Goodall has spent over 55 years researching chimpanzees in Tanzania after being inspired by books about animals as a child. She lived with and befriended chimpanzees, making the famous discovery that they exhibit emotions, ethics, and morals when living in groups. Goodall founded the Jane Goodall Institute in London to further chimpanzee research and has written books, filmed documentaries, and given interviews about her work with chimpanzees.

Jane Goodall has become famous for being a famous
scientist, and also an adventurer. She has researched the
chimpanzees for about 55 years. She has lived with them
and she has become their friend.
When she was a child she read a lot of books about
animals, for example: “The Jungle Book”. These books gave
her the idea to develop an investigation in Africa in the
future. She went to Africa, to The National Park in
Tanzania, when she was 23 years old.
She has got a high school “The Jane Goodall Institute” in
London, her city home, to research more about the
chimpanzees. In one of her famous discoveries, she
realized the chimpanzees have got emotions, ethics and
morals when they live in group. She wrote some books,
recorded a movie and some documentaries and gave many
interviews to talk about the chimpanzees. Some famous TV
series, such as “The Simpson”, have paid tribute to her
work.
