  4. After 14 r 16 years of education when we move in the market for job we r just left with the disappointment…. Just becoz we don’t have references

  6. Why we r calling nepotism a bone of contention? Becoz it’ll not only disheartened people but the organization suffers too Organization leads towards the failure by not achieving its goals It loses its productivity it creates disharmony among employees There will be conflict between party members & the result is un-staible govt
  7. Ok now talk about it’s drawbacks that why we are calling it a problem>>>> nepotism leads u towards disappointment, poverty, unemployment & depression too
  8. There should be a well defined panel to hire employees Description of job should be cleared Don’t hire relatives until they have proved themselves
  9. On my behalf ,, I would like to advise BE PRACTICAL!!! Not only comment but do something unbelievable
