SECTION III: TRAINING PLAN
Objectives: The supervisor should discuss training and development activities with the employee and then outline a plan for the
employee to complete these activities during the next fiscal year. The employee and supervisor should understand that the
implementation of this proposed training plan is contingent on the availability of funds and may be subject to additional
management approvals.
