2. Overview
• Notifications are a way for the end user to easily schedule an e-mail
notification for themselves
• You can get daily/weekly or other updates
• Data on refresh or exception
• Excel/PDF and live Necto link formats
4. New Notification
• Press the Notification icon to open the Notification wizard
• Familiar interface with Public/Private and Shared notifications
• You may also close the window if you do not wish to add or change
anything.

You can notifications to be sent in Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly or any
sub increments:

The data content can be shown in three major ways:
1) Link to a interactive workboard
2) PDF attachment
3) Excel attachment

7. Notifications Conditions
Conditions you can choose are one of three, to activate the exception
condition, at least one of the views must contain a pre built exception:
8. Notifications Admin Setup
• For deliveries to work, the Admin must add the SMTP Server (IP address)
• Enabling the notification services also enables Discussion mails and mails to
your administration on encountering an error
• Enable the notification services
• All other settings are optional
