We look at our global partners as members of these tribes, or really just extended members of our family… and we are all members of the same tribe… a tribe that is passionate about using digital solutions to solve most common marketing challenges…whether it’s brand awareness, increased sales, differentiating our products as Johnson and Johnson… and although our tribes are geographically dispersed… we were able to connect around this passion for digital solution delivery and even crafted our working environments similarly to further strengthen that connectedness
