1. No scores or match reports ; no Rosters to check, check of player
equipment and field safety is required.
2. Games will begin and end on the air horn.
 A quick blast (30 secs before start) will be given as a warning before starting 1st & 2nd half
followed by a long blast for time to begin.
3. (25) minute halves with a (2) minute half-time.
4. Goal keeper CANNOT punt from penalty area to penalty area.
If they do, restart with Indirect Free-Kick at half-way line for opposing team.

5. U10 - All kicks (including penalty kicks) are indirect – Kick to be taken from spot of
infraction unless inside Goal Area. If inside goal area, ball will be moved to Goal Area
line that is parallel with Goal Line.
6. U12 – ALL kicks will follow FIFA regulations and USYS Small-Sided games regulations.
7. Normal youth substitutions on team with possession of throw, either team on goal
kicks, after a goal, half time or injury.
• Suggestion – SUBS ON A DEAD BALL WITH REFEREES PERMISSION

9. Spring 2017| Showcase:
• All U10 teams will play 6v6; Spring Showcase only rising U10 teams can play
8v8.
• All U12 teams will play 8v8; Spring Showcase only rising U12 teams
can play 11v11.
10. No off-side for 6v6 teams. 8v8 & 11v11 teams will play off-side.
11. Unless stated above then we will follow FIFA regulations and USYS
Small-Sided games regulations.
