difficult his name is RHITHMIC GIMNASTIC
 This is one of the rithmic
 gimnastic poses
The sport i good for your muscles and your heart
SLEEP ENOUGH
 When we sleep the body can repairbitself and grow.
At leats 10 hours must sleep.
 The quiet mind is slpeeing.
KEEP CLEAN
 We whas our body to remove dirt , bacteria and sweat .
 We also need to remove plaque from our theeth by
brudhinh them after avery meal.
Until the wash dogs theet
it good for your teeht
PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE
 Regular medical check-ups help to monitor your development
and check that all the body systems are functioningcorrectly
GAME OVER!!
 C omputer games and video games are fun , but
they can be harmful if you play them too often.
 You can play less than 7 hours if not your
