synthesis of the narcissistic leadership in organization
• Moreover its aim is to provide suggestion for
research related to leadership styles.

• This paper comprises a review of a latest scientific
research in the field of narcissistic leadership.

What is narcissistic leadership style?
• Narcissistic leadership is a leadership style in which
the leader is only interested in him/herself. Their
priority is themselves at the expense of their
people/group members.
5. Nature of narcissistic Leadership
• They are selfish use power for himself.
• Rather than serving company they use all resources
to get admiration and to get feelings of superiority.
• Pathological Narcissism point of view(Overt
narcissism also called grandiose narcissism).
• According to this point of view narcissism is
psychological or mental disorder an individual must
display at least five of the nine symptoms listed
