Job Description :
Nature of the Job:
 Carrier send Invoices & backup documents to IPS address
 Receives the invoice & backup documents and scans them
 Keys/uploads the invoice details in IPS system
 Audits the invoice
 Ages the invoice until 2 weeks before it is due for payment
 Requests the funds to Client (statement)
 Receives the fund from Client site
 Pays the invoice to the carrier (within working days from funds receipt)
Responsibilities :
 Allocate the invoices which received from various clients and fix a target for DE
Team.
 Monitoring team members productions every one hour to achieve the target of the
day.

2.  Supporting to solve the issues while Team members facing at the processing time.
 Preparation of documentation to the team which is called a procedure (HOW TO) for
process the invoice for individual client and carrier as per their requirements to
achieve a 100% error free output.
 Every weekend conduct a meeting with all the teams. Discussing about the issues,
their requirements and errors to improve the team members efficiency.
 Calculate the performance bonus to the team for their monthly production and get a
approval from our manger.
 Conduct a separate training sessions and give a training for new candidates to
understand the company process completely and their role in the company.
 Handling EDI ( Electronic Data Interchange – Upload the invoices to the next level
process without manual work)
 Scanning is one of the process in data entry. Received hard copy invoices are being
scanned and uploaded in our database for process as per the client’s requirement.
 Handling online application and Web based project and work from Client server
directly.
 Handling Client and Carrier Queries regarding the Invoice issues.
 Sending weekly Statements and Reports to Clients and Reminder sent to Carrier
overdue invoices.
 Reporting weekly statement of Invoices fund request .
Backup for Hardware and Network
 Configuring and maintaining Infrastructure set up that primarily involves multiple
Windows servers, Netasq-U70, Dell firewall, web managed switches.
 Migration of our current firewall, NETASQ to Dell UTM device. Our firewall
connects us to all the geographically isolated locations on VLAN and thus is the most
critical part of our Infrastructure devices.
 Replacing the passive / backup firewall with new Dell firewall.
 Testing all VPN connections and policy rules on low / no working hours.

 Coordinating with the Manager, client and team members with the all queries.
 Weekly Red flag report summarizing to the client.
 Attend meeting with the client to improving the quality of the work.
