Nano Corrosion Passivator (NCP) is a non-toxic coating that protects metals from corrosion without the need for blasting. It can be applied by brush, roller, or sprayer. NCP forms a chemical bond with metal surfaces, sealing and passivating them. It is more cost effective than traditional coatings due to lower material and application costs and longer lifespan. NCP reduces risks to human and environmental health by replacing hazardous blasting and coating materials.

21. APPLICATION
STEP 1.
EMPTY BALLAST TANK. OPEN MANHOLE
COVER. REMOVE MUD. POUR INTO TANK
THE CALCULATED AMOUNT.
STEP 2.
SLOWLY PUMP SEA WATER INTO TANK.
ALLOW nC TO SPREAD ON THE WATER. SPEED
OF WATER MUST BE LESS THEN 20CM/MIN.
STEP 3.
FILL UP ALL COMPARTMENT SLOWLY UNTIL TANK TOP. ALLOW AIR TO ESCAPE FROM
POCKETS BY MEANS OF ATTACHING TUBES IN HIGHEST POINTS OF TANKS WITH A VALVE
AT THE MANHOLE COVER
STEP4
TANK IS READY FOR USE. CURING TIME 4HRS
NOTE:
NO CHEMICAL SHOULD BE ALLOWED DURING CURING TIME.
IT MAY RESULT IN SHORTER LIFE SPAN.
STEP 5.
WEAR OLD OVERAL TO INSPECT THE WALL IF NECESSARY.
THERES NO TOXIC FUMES OR HARMFUL GASSES. THE
AMOUNT OF RUST FLAKES CAN BE VERY HIGH IF
CORROSION IS HIGH.
