and in many countries of Africa, South America and

• This context demands a coordinated and
multicultural internal communication strategy

globally, we created an Internal Brand – mygalp –
that aggregates all employees around the globe and
approaches them to the Galp Energia universe.
• To conciliate the internal competitiveness with the group unity;
• To reinforce the cohesion between employees, companies and business in a
scenario with some difficulties and geographical dispersion.
