My vision of Good School

Introduction
 My vision of good school is to equip student teachers
with learning skills
 Enable them to become expert professionally,
academically perfect teachers.
 My vision is they become changing agents in the society
as a effective teachers.
 My vision is to enable student teachers to freedom in
learning
Students Teachers of my school
 Student teachers of my school should be quite free to express their interest
and motivated to involve in different activities taking place inside or outside
the classes.
 My vision of school is to develop student’s moral, personality and other
characters so that they respect societal values(Park and Peterson 2006).
 They may be provided a learning environment to enhance skills and capacities
 They may be promoted intellectually, honestly and enable to work alone as
well as with colleagues in free learning environment.
Principal and Faculty of my School.
 Role of principal is important in providing teaching and learning environment
with freedom.
 He should be responsible to identify obstacles to improving teaching, learning
and achievement(Brown, Rutherford et al. 2000).
 He should be honest, kind and cooperative and go along with his teaching
staff.
 The faculty of school should be highly qualified and expert not only in content
but also pedagogy.
 I want to see my teachers and principal committed and loyal and think
themselves learners.
 Faculty of my school should follow NPSTP standards in teaching and learning.
Climate, Safety and Security of my
School.
 My school should provide a commendable climate in terms of providing quality
of education(Cohen, McCabe et al. 2009).
 Learning climate makes learners interested in taking part teaching and
learning process,
 A vision of good school should let people free not captives.
 Safety at Schools is important as they are the sites of teaching and learning
can deliver their educational mandate only in safe and secure conditions, free
from injuries, crime, and violence.(Xaba 2006).
Choice, Commitment and Respect for
Diversity
 The school where students, teachers and principal comes with zeal is a good
school having choices.
 The school of my vision should not be a tedious, monotonous, routine affair
which is boring.
 A good school should let people free not captives.
 Recommitment makes school better place.
 Schools should help people check their choices and follow the path they like
the most instead of binding them forever in a grave.
A Place of Philosophers and Humor
 School is a place of asking questions and how students create or recreate
their identities in the classrooms and schools as well.(Ellis 2005).
 A good institution encourages enquiry behaviors and the students have a
freedom to ask about things, they have attention and their philosophies are
seriously taken into consideration.
 Schools/ institutes need to be full of humor and laughter instead of gloom.
 Humor opens the mind to new perceptions and creates light-heartedness
which grooms learning.
 It creates vent for piled up feelings and routines.
Community Support
 According to Roland S. Barth School is a community of learners where
everyone including teachers, students and principal, all are teachers as well
as learners.
 The principal is not just an administrative head but he/she is actually the
chief learner who is a role model for other learners.
 The adults of the community have to show their enthusiasm about learning
and exhibit their learning even under their work pressure.
 The teachers, principals, students and parents can together become a
community of learners to help each other grow as individually growth is not
possible in education.
Conclusion
 My vision of good school with a conclusion that everyone should have a vision
of school which can be different from others.
 This vision provides with a framework to build community and schools.
 It is emphasized that everyone involved in and school should have a vision so
that one works for it and brings improvement if one has no destination in
mind.
 If you want to be effective you need to have a vision and work for it.
 Vision of my school is freedom for students and teachers and they feel free
and relaxed as own their responsibilities as a main organ of the school.

Choice, Commitment and Respect for Diversity  The school where students, teachers and principal comes with zeal is a good school having choices.  The school of my vision should not be a tedious, monotonous, routine affair which is boring.  A good school should let people free not captives.  Recommitment makes school better place.  Schools should help people check their choices and follow the path they like the most instead of binding them forever in a grave.

A Place of Philosophers and Humor  School is a place of asking questions and how students create or recreate their identities in the classrooms and schools as well.(Ellis 2005).  A good institution encourages enquiry behaviors and the students have a freedom to ask about things, they have attention and their philosophies are seriously taken into consideration.  Schools/ institutes need to be full of humor and laughter instead of gloom.  Humor opens the mind to new perceptions and creates light-heartedness which grooms learning.  It creates vent for piled up feelings and routines.
  • 8. Community Support  According to Roland S. Barth School is a community of learners where everyone including teachers, students and principal, all are teachers as well as learners.  The principal is not just an administrative head but he/she is actually the chief learner who is a role model for other learners.  The adults of the community have to show their enthusiasm about learning and exhibit their learning even under their work pressure.  The teachers, principals, students and parents can together become a community of learners to help each other grow as individually growth is not possible in education.

Conclusion  My vision of good school with a conclusion that everyone should have a vision of school which can be different from others.  This vision provides with a framework to build community and schools.  It is emphasized that everyone involved in and school should have a vision so that one works for it and brings improvement if one has no destination in mind.  If you want to be effective you need to have a vision and work for it.  Vision of my school is freedom for students and teachers and they feel free and relaxed as own their responsibilities as a main organ of the school.
